Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Vice President to drive growth in its engineering services division.

The role focuses on standardizing operations across sales, operations, and engineering, ensuring pricing and delivery capabilities are consistently communicated across geographies. You will work with sales to identify opportunities and coordinate with operations and engineering to allocate resources for high utilization.

Qualifications

• EE degree required; PE preferred; non-PE considered individually.
• Understanding of power systems and utility-scale power generation technology.
• Exceptional EQ for a people leadership role; capable of combining strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Ability to create org charts and design service delivery to drive growth across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth in the engineering services business unit and standardize operations across sales, operations, and engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and ensure pricing and delivery capabilities are consistently communicated.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to allocate resources and maximize engineer utilization.
• Influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution to maximize growth and performance.
