Job summary

Feathr is seeking a VP of Engineering to join the executive team and shape our technology vision. You will lead a 15-person team and collaborate with the CEO and Product to co-create the roadmap while guiding Feathr’s AI transformation.

You will drive standards for AI tooling adoption (Claude, Copilot), balance feature delivery with reliability, and align engineering initiatives with key business metrics such as uptime and customer value. This is a remote role open to US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• 10+ years of formal software development experience.
• Proven success mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Experience with rollout, governance of AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot).
• Deep knowledge of modern SaaS architecture, cloud infra, and performance optimization.
• Strong commercial judgment aligning engineering with customer value.
• B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred; MarTech/Adtech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals and customer needs into a scalable technology strategy.
• Establish standards and governance for AI tooling to elevate velocity and quality.
• Mentor Tech Leads and Engineers with career progression and org structures.
• Balance roadmap delivery with technical debt and maintenance.
• Align engineering investments with uptime, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
