Leap Health, Inc. is seeking an engineering leader to build and scale the core engineering organization, establishing the technical foundation and product velocity to transform Leap’s data into durable product advantage.

You will supervise AI-native systems, data infrastructure, and workflow orchestration, reporting to the President and co-founder, while guiding a founding team through rapid growth and ambitious roadmaps.

Qualifications

• You’ve built and scaled an engineering team and closed exceptional engineers.
• You’re AI-native with production ML/LLM experience.
• Track record at organizations known for exceptional engineering.
• Lean player-coach who leads first but maintains deep technical depth.
• You’ve shipped production systems on messy, real‑world data and value correctness.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the engineering team with clear hiring standards.
• Define and own the technical roadmap and architecture for Leap’s systems.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives and production data pipelines.
• Unblock the team and make critical technical decisions.
• Ensure correctness in real-world data processing and outcomes.
