Feathr is seeking a VP of Engineering to join the executive team and shape our long-term technology vision for a high-impact B2B SaaS platform serving nonprofits. You will partner with product, CEO, and leaders to co-create the roadmap and lead Feathr’s AI transformation.

You will lead a 15-person engineering organization (11 engineers, 4 tech leads), drive reliability, performance, and development velocity, and translate business goals into scalable technical outcomes, with a focus on customer

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• 10+ years of formal software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into a scalable technology strategy.
• Establish standards and governance for AI tools and developer workflows.
• Mentor Tech Leads and Engineers; build growth pathways.
• Align investments with uptime, performance and customer value.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the product roadmap and AI transformation.
