Supportworks, North America’s leader in foundation and concrete repair products, seeks a Vice President of Engineering to guide our structural, geotechnical and manufacturing teams. You will provide strategic direction, turn ideas into products, and shape the future of our industry, with a focus on collaboration and impactful leadership.

Based in Omaha, NE, this role emphasizes building high-performing teams, driving growth, and aligning engineering with business goals.

Qualifications

• Must have PE or SE license(s).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 8+ years in Structural/Geotechnical.
• Proven leadership of engineering/technical teams with vision and accountability.
• Strong technical background in product development and/or technical support; building construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop a high-performing engineering and manufacturing team.
• Develop team through coaching, feedback, mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Set clear expectations and performance goals; provide autonomy to succeed.
• Align engineering direction with Supportworks’ broader business goals.
• Collaborate to research, evaluate, and innovate new products and improve existing ones.
