The ideal candidate will possess strong structural engineering experience, particularly with concrete and steel, and will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural elements related to residential basement repairs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Assess and stabilize existing structural issues in basements, including walls and foundations.
• Develop waterproofing solutions to prevent water intrusion and related structural damage.
• Collaborate with home-service contractors to implement effective repair strategies.

• Preference for experience in residential structural engineering; commercial experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience with concrete and steel products is highly desirable.
