You will own new product development and maintain existing products, working cross-functionally with product management, manufacturing, quality, and sales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical leadership, a Civil/Mechanical/Agricultural engineering background, and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Agricultural Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities
