You will drive product research, development, testing, and client consulting while partnering with sales for training and resources, guiding revenue and performance goals, and supporting licensure and education for career growth.

Qualifications

• PE or SE license required.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 8+ years in geotechnical/structural design.
• Strong foundation in soil mechanics, deep foundations, and construction.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Inventor, and materials such as steel and concrete.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada.
• Award-winning culture and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee product research, development, testing, and optimization.
• Provide expert technical consultation to clients and internal teams.
• Partner with sales and marketing on training and product resources.
