Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes in highly matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify risks.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-team influence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business/strategy orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio governance and prioritization across the Digital Service portfolio, enabling consistent evaluation and sequencing of initiatives.
• Drive portfolio planning and transparency with standardized reporting, dashboards, and executive materials.
• Establish the Digital Service operating rhythm through leadership forums, cadences, and quarterly business reviews.
• Enable executive decision-making by synthesizing inputs and presenting clear recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional integration and resolve dependencies to deliver integrated business outcomes.
