New York Life Insurance Co. seeks a Corporate Development & Strategy leader to help define and execute enterprise strategy, reporting to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. You will partner with Finance, Technology and other stakeholders to drive annual planning and key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent.
• Outstanding critical thinking, analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Strong communication skills including experience in developing C-suite presentations.

Responsibilities

• Frame and assess complex business problems and develop recommendations.
• Partner with line managers to drive execution and governance.
• Develop and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead strategic planning, executive communications and interdependencies.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise in digital transformation, robotics and risk/compliance.
