Job summary

New York Life is seeking a Corporate Vice President, Senior Service Leader to guide service delivery across 4-5 offices. You'll translate agency goals into operational priorities, drive accountability, and ensure high-quality client experiences for agents and customers.

You will lead a team of Service Leaders and Onsite Specialists, partner with New Business and Agent Onboarding, and champion digital adoption while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations within a General Office in a Service Leader capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of new business, contracting, licensing and compliance.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Leaders through performance expectations and coaching.
• Partner with leaders to align workflows and staffing for capacity.
• Translate goals into operational priorities and drive outcomes.
• Manage escalations and ensure cross-functional alignment across channels.
• Support agents with case visibility and digital adoption initiatives.
• Oversee governance, compliance and risk management.
