Vote Mama seeks a senior political fundraising executive to lead and expand a multi‑organization fundraising program, focusing on major gifts, national donors, and strategic leadership. You will manage a team, drive revenue growth, and coordinate across PAC, Foundation, and Lobby to sustain political and philanthropic goals.

The role is fully remote with travel for events, requires 8+ years in political fundraising, and emphasizes ethical fundraising practices, CRM proficiency, and strong

Qualifications

• 8+ years of political fundraising experience, including at least two cycles on campaigns and at least one cycle as a Finance Director.
• Robust experience managing high-performing staff, consultants, and driving donor engagement at the national level.
• Experience building a national network of major political donors.
• Diverse fundraising experience (call time, events, HNW individuals, and digital).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
• Ability to travel for Vote Mama events.
• Strong CRM skills (Salesforce, NGP).

• Activate CEO, COO, and Board involvement to pursue fundraising priorities.
• Lead multi‑million‑dollar political finance strategy expanding national donor base.
• Grow funding strategies to support research and advocacy programs.
• Scale long‑term, major‑gifts fundraising and donor cultivation.
• Oversee donor prospecting and revenue pipeline for growth across entities.
• Guide communications, proposals, reports, and fundraising materials.
• Supervise Development team and ensure functional fundraising operations.
