Job summary

MissionWired is seeking a Vice President, direct-response marketer focused on political campaigns and nonprofit fundraisers. You will own supporter engagement, digital fundraising, and advocacy, driving best-in-class digital programs for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house political or agency experience in digital fundraising or communications.
• Client management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with eCRM platforms such as Action Kit, NGP, Salesforce, or Luminate.
• Passion for making our world a better place.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies with political partners to maximize grassroots fundraising by integrating creative and tech resources.
• Design innovative digital fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement client campaigns across email, web, social, and search.
• Build relationships with new partners and assess client KPIs for ROI.
• Advise clients on industry best practices and emerging strategies.
• Provide strategic marketing planning including revenue forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with technology and creative teams to manage resources and timelines.
• Identify prospective clients and pitch joining our services.
• Provide top-quality client service with regular reporting and invoicing.
