Vote Mama is seeking a visionary Vice President of Development to lead and expand a multi‑entity fundraising program across PAC, Foundation, and Lobby. You will personally cultivate a portfolio of high‑net‑worth donors and guide a growing development team in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

You have 8+ years in political fundraising, a track record of multi‑million‑dollar plans, and deep knowledge of CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of political fundraising experience and leadership in a fundraising team.
• Experience as Finance Director and with multi‑million dollar finance plans.
• Strong network with national political donors and proven donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive fundraising strategy across PAC, Foundation, and Lobby.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward high‑net‑worth and political donors.
• Lead development team management and ensure data integrity in fundraising operations.
• Collaborate with CEO, COO, board, and program teams to align fundraising with organizational goals.
• Drive multi‑channel fundraising events and donor communications.
