Qualifications

• 10+ years in UX Design, leading UX, Product Design, and Experience Design in complex digital environments.
• 8+ years managing senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and tie experience investments to business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Learning Sciences, or related field.
• Expertise in UX design, craft, and research methodologies.
• Understanding learning principles and impact on educational outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered UX, personalization, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling design vision and strategy.
• Empower teams to pursue innovative approaches in education technology.
• Build and mentor a high-performing UX organization.
• Establish design standards and conduct executive reviews.
• Integrate UX principles into the Product Operating Model across development phases.
• Create scalable build systems with AI-assisted prototyping and accessibility checks.
