Job summary

Heart of Florida United Way is seeking a seasoned leader to drive CRM administration, data governance, and analytics across the organization. You will shape data strategy, oversee data integrity and lifecycle management, and steer teams to deliver actionable dashboards and reports for strategic decision‑making.

You will manage data architecture, ensure privacy compliance, and collaborate with departments to align data capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Seven to ten years of CRM, database management, and data leadership experience.
• Seven years of supervisory or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM administration, database operations, and system optimization.
• Oversee data governance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Establish data standards, definitions, and data ownership structures.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, deduplication, and monitoring.
• Manage the full data lifecycle from collection to archival.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for insights and decision‑ making.
• Set data-related KPIs and ensure cross‑department consistency.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-enabled tools to enhance analytics and efficiency.
• Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI and data systems.
• Design and maintain scalable data architecture for system integration.
• Manage data teams (DBA and Data Managers).
• Build data literacy and drive adoption of data tools.
• Support data security, privacy, and risk mitigation.
• Assist with budgeting and vendor management for data platforms.
• Partner with internal departments to define data needs and reporting requirements.
