Job summary

United Way of Central Florida is seeking a highly organized Resource Development Coordinator to support the Chief Development & Marketing Officer and the Resource Development Team. This role combines executive-level administrative duties with donor engagement, reporting, and event coordination.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in a CRM environment (ANDAR preferred), exceptional attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM environment; ANDAR experience highly desired.
• Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support background required.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication with donors, volunteers, board members, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Development & Marketing Officer and team.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and follow through on strategic initiatives.
• Serve as primary steward of donor data within ANDAR and Excel; ensure accuracy across reports.
• Prepare fundraising and campaign reports; track pledge activity, payments, and revenue trends.
• Draft donor correspondence and stewardship materials; coordinate internal communications.
• Coordinate meetings, volunteer committees, and affinity group events; handle logistics.
• Support fundraising events with RSVP tracking, vendor coordination, and day-of logistics.
• Maintain files, shared drives, donor lists, and campaign tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align timelines and messaging; contribute to team goals.
