Job summary

Compass is seeking a Vice President of Data Products & Solutions to lead a two-portfolio strategy transforming proprietary data into internal enablement tools and external commercial products.

You will own vision, P&L, and execution, guiding data ethics, trust, and value engineering while partnering with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and BU leadership to deliver EBITDA growth and revenue streams from API pipelines and AI datasets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in VP/exec role leading a data product org.
• Proven track record of converting a data org into direct revenue.
• Value engineering mindset guiding product design for financial outcomes.
• Proven data visualization judgment with dashboards and interfaces.
• Experience scaling internal productivity platforms and external API products.
• Understanding privacy and data ethics with agent trust.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product vision, strategy, and P&L across two portfolios.
• Drive EBITDA impact and external monetization via API pipelines and AI datasets.
• Set data visualization standards across all product surfaces.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and BU leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class product team.
