Compass, Inc. seeks a VP of Data Products & Solutions to lead a dual-portfolio data product strategy, delivering internal enablement tools and external commercial data assets.

You will own the end-to-end product vision, drive EBITDA impact, and build external revenue streams while maintaining strict data ethics and agent trust. Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a VP or executive role leading a data product organization.
• Proven track record of converting a data org into a direct revenue driver, not just a strategy.
• Fluency in modern data stack architecture and communicating product value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product vision, strategy, and P&L across Internal Enablement and External Commercial Products.
• Drive monetization via API pipelines and monetized data assets for institutional buyers.
• Set and communicate data product standards, UX excellence, and value storytelling.
