Job summary

Compass seeks a Vice President of Data Products & Solutions to own end-to-end transformation of its proprietary data estate into internal enablement tools and external monetized data products. You will deliver value-focused product experiences that drive EBITDA and create new revenue streams while protecting agent data and trust.

You will lead as a peer to the C-suite, shaping strategy with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Marketing, and building a world-class, accountable product

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with leadership at VP level or higher.
• Experience turning data orgs into revenue drivers with measurable impact.
• Fluent in building data products with strong UX and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and P&L across Internal Enablement and External Commercial Products.
• Drive two-portfolio monetization through API pipelines, AI data sets, and research models.
• Instill a Data as a Product operating model focused on value, unit economics, and ROI.
• Ensure world-class data visualization across product surfaces for executives and agents.
• Maintain strict data ethics and agent trust while enabling external product growth.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
