Job summary

Compass seeks a Vice President of Data Products & Solutions to own end-to-end transformation of its data estate into a dual-capability product engine. You will lead internal enablement tools and external monetized data pipelines, delivering EBITDA impact and external revenue through APIs and AI datasets.

You will shape the product vision, build a high-performance team, and maintain unwavering agent trust while partnering with executives to drive strategic value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in VP/executive role leading a data product org
• Proven track record turning data teams into direct revenue drivers
• Value engineering mindset with focus on financial outcomes and ROI
• Strong portfolio in data visualization and storytelling for execs
• Experience scaling internal platforms (FP&A, HR, ops) and external data products
• Commitment to data ethics and agent trust across data usage
• Fluency in modern data stack architecture (Databricks, BigQuery, Kafka, dbt)
• Executive presence to brief boards and institutional buyers
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Economics, Business; MBA a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and P&L across internal enablement and external commercial data products
• Drive dual-portfolio monetization and revenue growth through API pipelines and monetized research
• Institutionalize Data as a Product with value-based unit economics and cost discipline
• Set standards for UX and data visualization across all product surfaces
• Maintain strict data ethics with an absolute firewall around agent/client data
• Partner with C-suite and cross-functional leaders to embed data products in business decisions
• Build and coach a world-class product management team and culture
• Communicate progress and impact to stakeholders and turn early adopters into advocates
