Job summary

LeapXpert is seeking a VP of Business Operations to act as a strategic partner to the CEO, shaping governance, data instrumentation, and cross-functional execution. You will build dashboards, define metrics, and drive AI-enabled processes across the organization.

You will oversee the operating cadence, alignment across regions, and establish stage-gate governance while scaling the company’s data-driven culture. A Bay Area presence and travel to hubs are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior operating roles within startups or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement data-driven operating systems.
• Fluency with AI tooling, LLMs, agents, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Extend the CEO's reach by coordinating leadership, product, GTM, and board workstreams.
• Design and drive a company-wide data instrumentation and KPI dashboard ecosystem.
• Standardize initiatives proposal, approval, tracking, and review across geographies.
• Lead AI-native transformation and set the company-wide AI proficiency standards.
