Job summary

Storm4 seeks a Director or VP of Applications Engineering in the United States to lead a customer-facing team focused on liquid cooling, chillers, and commissioning. You will drive technical excellence and scale across projects in data center cooling and mission-critical infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, build onboarding and training programs, partner with customers on complex cooling projects, establish scalable processes, and serve as the senior escalation point for key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing Applications Engineering teams.
• Expertise in liquid cooling and chiller technologies.
• Background in data center cooling, thermal management, or mission-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities
