Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a VP of Solutions Engineering to lead the nationwide data center modular offerings. This senior role requires deep expertise in data center thermal and liquid cooling, scalable architectures, and cross‑functional leadership across sales, engineering, and delivery teams.

The candidate will own solution architecture, drive executive discussions, and manage multi‑discipline programs with partners and customers in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal, HVAC, Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical leader and SME for modular data center infrastructure solutions across multiple markets.
• Own customer-facing solution architecture activities from discovery through proposal, design basis, technical review, and handoff.
• Lead executive and technical discovery sessions, workshops, and technical sales engagements with customers and partners.
• Develop and define integrated modular data center solutions spanning power, cooling, white space, and network components.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, buildable, commercially viable solutions with defined schedules and risk considerations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to align standard and customized solutions with technical and commercial goals.
