Mars Men is seeking a Vice President of Analytics & Data to build strategy, infrastructure, and capabilities that will scale the business. You will partner with the Co-Founders and executive team to translate data into clear, actionable insights across the company.

The role oversees BI, data governance, and advanced analytics, while guiding AI adoption and strengthening privacy and cybersecurity practices. This is a hands-on leadership position with broad impact across channels.
