Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics management.
• Strong leadership to mentor the analytics team and recruit talent.
• Excellent project management and deadline adherence.
• Superior communication for non-technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop analytics strategies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and manipulation.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
• Experience with retail analytics methodologies and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and uphold the strategic vision for the Analytics function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify analytics growth opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of Analysts; provide professional development.
• Support annual business planning and recruitment of team members.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics projects.
• Oversee data models, quality, and delivery of insights for clients.
• Develop and present data-backed client insights and recommendations.
• Ensure governance, security, and QA across data, reports, and visuals.
• Drive continuous improvement of analytics offerings and certifications.
