Job summary

Ruder Finn seeks a Vice President of Analytics to guide analytics and performance measurement across integrated marketing programs. You will partner with global teams to translate complex paid media data into strategic insights and scalable reporting.

You will establish governance, dashboards, and automated solutions while mentoring analysts and contributing to AI and technology initiatives. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role with broad client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing/analytics in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading paid media analytics and measurement for complex campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid social, paid search, programmatic and other digital media channels.
• Experience with large datasets from multiple platforms and sources.
• Advanced experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI and Looker Studio/Data Studio.
• Knowledge of GA4, Excel and Google Sheets; SQL preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, automation, and cross‑channel measurement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media analytics and measurement across integrated marketing programs; connect media activity to client KPIs.
• Develop measurement frameworks with objectives, KPIs, benchmarks and reporting requirements.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic counsel to clients and internal teams.
• Analyze performance across paid social, search, programmatic, and emerging channels; deliver actionable recommendations.
• Build executive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio; produce client reports across channels.
• Establish standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, data governance and QA processes.
• Develop automated or semi-automated reporting to improve efficiency and decision making.
• Mentor analytics talent and contribute to training and capability development.
