Job summary

Ruder Finn, a leading independent communications agency, seeks an AI Strategist to bridge traditional analytics and emerging AI initiatives. You will monitor media performance, create dashboards, and support AI-driven workflows across client teams using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

You'll collaborate with data analysts, technologists, and strategists to uncover opportunities, analyze AI-generated content, and stay ahead of AI trends. A technical degree and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data focus.
• Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Experience with external APIs and integrating data from external platforms is a plus.
• Excel required; SQL or Python is a plus.
• Curiosity about AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative, fast-paced environment experience.
• Internship or projects related to analytics, AI, or data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze earned, owned, and social media performance using industry analytics and monitoring platforms.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate insights to client teams.
• Support measurement frameworks, competitive analyses, and research across industries.
• Assist with AI visibility audits across generative AI platforms.
• Analyze AI-generated responses, citations, and search trends to identify opportunities for clients.
• Support AI-powered workflows, automation, and internal tools to improve operations.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, data sources, and analytics methodologies.
• Collaborate with strategists, data analysts, technologists, and client teams to solve problems.
• Continuously explore new technologies and contribute ideas to evolve AI capabilities.
