Ruder Finn is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to join the Emerging Technology & Analytics team. You will lead research for new-business pitches, oversee junior and global team members, and translate findings into clear narratives for senior leaders and clients.

The role blends strategy and hands-on data work, guiding methodologies, dashboards, and reporting across earned media, social, audience and influencer analyses, including GEO audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in analytics, communications, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in research, analytics, measurement or related discipline; agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading research or analytics projects and coaching junior or distributed teams.
• Strong ability to translate data into concise insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with earned media, social and influencer measurement and reporting.
• Familiarity with media intelligence, social listening platforms and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and analytics workstreams for new-business pitches and client assignments.
• Translate broad questions into focused research plans, assignments and deliverables.
• Oversee earned media, social, audience, influencer and competitive research with QA.
• Coach junior and global team members on methodologies, analysis and insight development.
• Synthesize findings into executive-ready narratives tied to client objectives and strategy.
• Present findings to senior leaders and clients, guiding discussions and questions.
• Develop measurement frameworks for integrated programs across channels.
• Lead GEO audits to assess brand visibility and opportunities across AI-driven experiences.
• Build searches, analyze data, and support reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into client strategies.
• Support development of team capabilities in analytics, GEO and AI-related methods.
