Job summary

ATLAS SP Partners in New York is seeking a Vice President, AI Solutions to serve as a forward deployed engineer for its CRE, Residential, Auto/Equipment, Transportation, Energy and related desks. You will map current-state workflows, identify frictions, and design AI-enabled target processes that combine automation with human judgment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology, product, or process/workflow roles with AI/ML exposure.
• Experience in financial services, especially asset-based finance or lending.
• Proven forward deployed engineer or embedded technical role with business desks.
• Ability to map current-state processes and design redesigned target state.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, prompts, and agent frameworks.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector stores.
• Excellent communication with desk leadership.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business desks to learn workflows and pain points.
• Run structured discovery to surface AI-ready opportunities.
• Design prototypes and proof-of-concepts with desk teams.
• Guide desks in creating reusable AI skills and workflows.
• Ensure security, data handling, and governance in prototypes.
• Transition validated solutions into production with platform teams.
• Drive adoption and measure performance of deployed solutions.
