Job summary

Golub Capital seeks an Associate Director of Technology Solutions to reimagine work through AI-driven business process transformation. You will partner with leaders to identify opportunities, design AI-native models, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with engineering, data and delivery teams.

You’ll shape scalable AI frameworks, drive value realization, and ensure security and governance across initiatives, while promoting a robust AI-enabled culture and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field is required.
• 5+ years in software delivery, product management, tech consulting or business process transformation with AI experience.
• Deep understanding of AI capabilities and patterns, including agents, MCP, context engineering and human-in-the-loop design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify and roadmap AI transformation opportunities.
• Analyze processes and knowledge flows to design AI-native operating models.
• Conduct current/future-state assessments and redesign processes with AI-first principles.
• Collaborate with AI engineering, data and delivery teams to roadmap enterprise AI solutions.
• Develop scalable AI transformation frameworks and value realization metrics.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant and aligned with governance standards.
• Lead organizational change management to maximize AI adoption and impact.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into business value.
• Foster AI innovation through communities of practice and mentorship.
