Qualifications

• Proven track record of designing and scaling AI capabilities that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Experience driving enterprise AI initiatives across product, engineering, and business functions.
• Ability to operate within SOC/ISO/audit constraints and collaborate with Risk & Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI strategy and translate into an actionable enablement roadmap.
• Lead rollout of AI platforms and standardized tools across the enterprise.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Technology for responsible AI adoption.
• Own end-to-end execution of AI enablement initiatives from concept to production.
• Upskill engineering teams and embed AI into the development lifecycle.
• Manage AI vendors and strategic partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Define success metrics and governance for AI initiatives.
