Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a VP, Head of AI Enablement to drive enterprise programs that help associates understand, access, and responsibly use AI tools. You will lead communications, communities, and change initiatives across legal, compliance, risk, marketing, HR, technology, and business leaders.

You will shape adoption journeys, enablement playbooks, and executive narratives while coordinating across control functions to ensure practical, scalable AI enablement across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years designing and scaling enterprise adoption programs for new tools or tech.
• Experience partnering across legal, compliance, risk, privacy, marketing, HR, and tech in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, and responsible-use concepts.
• Proven ability to build communications, enablement materials, and adoption campaigns.
• Experience leading employee communities, champion networks, or communities of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI enablement programs to help associates adopt tools responsibly.
• Develop and execute AI employee experience strategies including adoption journeys and measurements.
• Roll out AI tools with readiness, alignment, and post-launch learning loops.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, risk, privacy, marketing, HR, and technology teams.
• Manage internal AI communities, champion networks, and learning forums.
• Prepare executive-ready updates on adoption progress and risks.
