Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the entire product function for a major business line, advancing an AI-enabled platform and driving growth and revenue retention. The VP will set a 3–5 year strategy, design a scalable organization, and serve as a trusted advisor on strategic opportunities, investments, and risk to the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience including significant people-management and leadership in a growing software or SaaS business
• Proven success leading a product function at scale and developing leaders who run teams
• Deep government-technology and market expertise preferred: understanding how agencies buy and adopt software
• Track record of owning budgets, financial performance, and organizational design during growth/merger

Responsibilities

• Set the 3–5 year product strategy and translate it into a living roadmap tied to enterprise growth goals
• Own product budgets, performance, and risk; define key metrics and investment trade-offs
• Build and scale a product organization with clear ownership across lines
• Develop the next generation of product leaders; coach Directors and Managers
• Lead enterprise-wide product initiatives and cross-functional transformation
• Advise the C-suite on strategic opportunities, investments, and risk
• Be the face of Neumo product to major clients and forums
• Establish the product operating model and governance for fast growth
• Champion AI-enabled product practices for regulated public-sector environments
