Job summary

Neumo seeks a VP of Product Management to architect the next generation of a government-focused, AI-enabled platform. You will lead the entire product function, shape a 3–5 year strategy, and drive growth and retention across a fast-scaling portfolio.

You will coach senior leaders, own budgets, and serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite on strategic opportunities, investments, and risk, ensuring every decision reinforces Neumo’s mission to improve government services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a product function at scale and developing leaders.
• Deep government-technology market expertise and trust-building with public sector.
• Proven budget ownership, financial performance, and org design experience.
• Experience through growth, acquisition, or integration incl. mergers.

Responsibilities

• Set 3–5 year product strategy and translate into a living roadmap tied to enterprise growth.
• Own budgets, metrics (ARR, retention, adoption), and hard investment trade-offs.
• Build and scale a product organization with clear ownership across lines.
• Develop future product leaders through coaching of Directors and Managers.
• Lead enterprise initiatives and cross-functional transformation across portfolios.
• Advise the C-suite on opportunities, investments, and risk including build/buy/partner.
• Maintain mission and culture, ensuring roadmaps reflect public service impact.
• Represent Neumo to major clients and industry forums; gather customer insight for roadmaps.
