Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Growth / AI Product Manager to lead how we identify growth opportunities and translate insights into working prototypes with AI-assisted tools. You’ll partner across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to shape a data-driven roadmap and to validate concepts in real customer contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in product management (B2B software preferred).
• 2+ years working with platform technologies and platform teams.
• Experience with SaaS platform services.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to build prototypes.
• Experience with design systems (Figma/Storybook).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or React.
• Experience with AI productivity tools for research and docs.
• Experience with growth analytics tools (Amplitude/Mixpanel).
• GovTech/state/local government tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from market research through roadmap and go-to-market.
• Identify customer issues, develop prototypes, and drive pilots.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to build functional prototypes from design components.
• Treat prototypes as the primary artifact to align engineering, design, and stakeholders.
• Test concepts with real or synthetic data; wire lightweight backends/APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure prototypes translate to production quality.
• Understand costs and pricing to maintain margin-expanding products.
• Engage with customers across markets to adjust prototypes and enable pilots.
• Work with business units to productize prototypes and enable hand-off.
