Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading product management at scale in software or SaaS
• Proven ability to align product strategy with business results
• Strong governance and portfolio management experience
• Deep government-tech familiarity a plus
• Budget ownership and performance tracking

Responsibilities

• Set the 3–5 year product strategy and translate it into a living roadmap tied to enterprise growth
• Own product budgets, performance, and risk; define key metrics (ARR, retention)
• Scale a product organization with clear ownership and shared ways of working across lines
• Develop the next generation of product leaders and succession planning
• Lead enterprise-wide product initiatives and cross-functional transformations
• Advise the C-suite on opportunities, investments, risk, including build/buy/partner decisions
• Be the face of Neumo product to major clients and industry forums
• Establish the product operating model, standards, and governance for disciplined delivery
• Champion AI-enabled capabilities in regulated public-sector environments
• Collaborate with engineering peers to deliver tangible customer outcomes
• Perform other duties as assigned
