Job summary

Neumo seeks a Vice President of Product Management to lead the product function for a major business line and advance an AI-enabled platform. The VP will set 3–5 year strategy, shape the product organization, and drive growth while serving governments and communities.

This role partners with the C-suite to align investments, risk, and product roadmaps, mentoring leaders and ensuring disciplined discovery-to-delivery across teams. Location flexibility in the U.S. with Texas-based options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience including significant people-management in SaaS.
• Proven success leading a product function at scale and developing leaders.
• Deep government-technology and market expertise preferred.
• Track record of owning budgets and financial performance through growth or acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Set the 3–5 year product strategy and convert it into a living roadmap.
• Own product budgets, performance, and risk with defined metrics.
• Build and scale a product organization with clear ownership across lines.
• Develop the next generation of product leaders and succession planning.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional transformation.
• Advise the C-suite on strategic opportunities and risk remediation.
• Be the face of Neumo product to major clients and partners.
• Establish the product operating model, governance, and discovery-to-delivery.
• Champion AI-enabled capabilities in regulated public-sector environments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering peers to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
