Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience in AI/GenAI and software platforms.
• Proven experience delivering scalable search, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
• Work with the Search and Distribution Infrastructure Lead to deliver on strategic business objectives and platform improvements with measurable outcomes.
• Provide hands on technical leadership and mentoring of junior team members.
• Readily adapt to evolving requirements from BU stakeholders in various areas including modern hybrid search, sophisticated data pipeline and solutions for Research content distribution.
• Partner with business and technology stake holders to drive Proof of Concepts leading to design and deployment of scalable AI integrated solutions.
• Provide solutions involving LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, tool integration, and workflow automation.
• Adopt emerging technologies with a continuous learning mind-set and embrace innovation while balancing risk and security postures.
• Collaborate with engineering and development leads to champion best practices and adoption of AI integrated SDLC and Cloud technologies and champion enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, security, observability, and governance.
