Job summary

Mass Digital Health is seeking an experienced senior engineering leader to drive AI delivery maturity across product lines, ensuring responsible agentic delivery with governed AI-enabled outcomes. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Own AI delivery maturity and governance across multiple product lines.
Lead engineering orgs across portfolio with clear goals and performance expectations.
Set standards for architecture, cloud delivery, and secure development practices.
Report roadmap progress and AI outcomes to executive leadership.
