Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a senior engineering leader to drive AI delivery maturity across multiple product lines, including governance and security review of AI-generated code. You will align roadmaps with customer outcomes, balance onshore and offshore capacity, and lead cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive experience in enterprise software, cloud delivery, and modern development practices, with a focus on revenue impact from AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Ten+ years in software development with leadership at director level or above.
• Proven experience turning AI capability into customer value and revenue.
• Experience delivering enterprise software to public sector or regulated markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering organizations across portfolio, setting goals and performance expectations.
• Own AI delivery maturity and governance, including security review of AI-generated code.
• Set and monitor roadmaps, budgets, and delivery milestones across teams.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Management, Sales, and Finance to align strategy.
