Job summary

You will mentor managers and directors, balance onshore and offshore capacity, and ensure AI-enabled capabilities translate into customer value and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own release commitments across every development team, including scope and dates.
• Establish a single reporting cadence for status, blockers, and slips.
• Standardize development process, tooling, and engineering metrics across teams.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies and elevate trade-offs that require an executive decision.
