Job summary

Crux AI in the United States is seeking a senior networking leader to own the fabric inside every TPU cluster and data center, linking sites, customers, and the platform software. Reporting to the CTO, you will build the networking organization from its first leaders and set the architecture of record for the company’s infra.

You will hire top engineers, define the network architecture, drive SDN and automation, ensure performance and reliability for large-scale AI workloads, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 15+ years in large-scale networking and leadership at VP level or above.
• Direct ownership of a production network at hyperscale or cloud platform.
• Experience turning networking into a software system with SDN/automation.

Responsibilities

• Define the network architecture across cluster fabric, data center network, interconnects, and customer links.
• Build and lead the networking organization across architecture, software, deployment, and operations.
• Own network performance and reliability for large-scale AI workloads (bandwidth, latency, SLOs).
• Operate the network as a software system with zero-touch provisioning and telemetry.
