Job summary

Crux AI is seeking a senior networking leader to own the network end to end, from TPU clusters to customer connectivity, reporting to the CTO. You will build the network architecture, set the design standards, and ensure the platform scales with sites.

You will hire and lead the networking organization, drive automation and telemetry, and collaborate with Data Center Engineering, Capacity Delivery, and Sales to meet performance and isolation requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in large-scale networking and data center environments.
• Experience leading networks at VP level or above.
• Proven track record in software-defined networking and automation.
• Ability to hire and mentor senior network engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the network architecture across cluster fabric, data center network, data center interconnect, backbone, and customer connectivity.
• Build and lead the networking organization across architecture, network software and automation, deployment, and operations.
• Own network performance and reliability for large-scale AI workloads: bandwidth, latency, congestion, and SLOs.
• Operate the network as a software system with zero-touch provisioning and telemetry.
