Job summary

Crux, Inc. seeks a senior leader to own fleet-wide facility operations for its AI data center fleet.

You’ll build and scale campus facilities teams, define uptime standards, and manage audits with colocation partners to meet stringent AI workloads. You’ll drive safety, preventive maintenance, and commissioning from design through operations in high-density liquid cooling environments, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in critical facility or data center operations with fleet ownership.
• Deep technical command of electrical, mechanical, fire/life-safety, and building automation systems.
• Built or scaled a facility operations program with standards, CMMS, commissioning-to-operations, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead fleet-wide facility operations with scalable staffing templates.
• Own fleet uptime and facility performance reporting to executives.
• Define operating standards, SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and CMMS-driven maintenance programs.
• Determine site archetypes and manage colocation partners to SLAs with audits.
• Oversee construction-to-operations transitions and commissioning criteria.
• Lead incident and change management for facility events and safety programs.
• Embed AI-agentic workflows and maintain high safety standards across sites.
