Job summary

Tivity Health seeks a seasoned VP, Digital Marketing & Analytics to build and scale a modern data-driven marketing ecosystem across member, employer, and health plan audiences. You will own the end-to-end digital experience, optimize channels with AI-enabled tools, and lead analytics to accelerate pipeline growth while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through digital channels in B2B2C/B2B.
• Experience in healthcare or digital health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Own performance optimization across paid search, paid social, display, and organic search.
• Lead UX/UI strategy, personalization, and CRO to optimize digital experiences.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards; provide actionable insights for exec leadership.
• Own SEO strategy and content distribution across channels.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Growth Ops, Sales, and Client Relations.
