Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with BNY, seeks a Senior Vice President, Scrum Leader to guide the Managed Account Solutions platform team. Based in Berwyn, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, FL, you will champion Agile practices, remove impediments, and lead initiatives across multiple delivery teams to maximize value for clients and stakeholders.

The role requires 8–10 years in Scrum/Agile delivery, deep Agile framework knowledge, and strong coaching and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Leader or Agile delivery professional.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and Lean.
Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
Able to identify dependencies, risks and impediments and escalate as needed.
Experience with Agile engineering practices and tools (User Stories, Jira, Confluence, CI, automated testing).
Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills; certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

Optimize delivery by removing flow constraints and addressing impediments.
Champion Agile values and practices across teams and stakeholders.
Coach leaders and teams on prioritization, capacity planning and delivery trade-offs.
Use delivery data to drive decisions and improve predictability.
Guide backlog management and alignment with Product Owners and leaders.
