Job summary

Georgia Piedmont Technical College seeks a Vice President of Administrative Services to plan, organize, and direct the college’s financial and student financial services operations. The VPAS will lead budgeting, accounting, HR, bookstore and food service functions to ensure policy compliance and mission alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with substantial leadership/management experience in an educational setting, plus preference for higher education or government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with required years of experience.
• Experience leading financial operations in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, GAAP and public-sector accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains total budget for the college.
• Directs accounting programs and fiscal policy adherence.
• Oversees HR and bookstore operations.
• Monitors compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develops policies to meet program goals and objectives.
• Assists with program delivery and evaluates services.
