Job summary

Capstone Enterprises LLC seeks a VP of Accounting to own the full accounting function across US and UK, driving end-to-end close, accuracy, and controls. You will redesign processes with AI, automate workflows, and own the Campfire ERP setup and data integrity.

The role reports to the Head of Finance & Accounting and leads a small team plus contractors in a lean, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, strong US GAAP, and experience with

Qualifications

Own end-to-end close across US and UK with fast cycle times.
Lead UK audit relationship and US compliance tasks.
Maintain GL integrity under US GAAP and UK requirements.
Automate repetitive workflows and implement AI-assisted processes.
Own ERP configuration and data quality across systems.

Responsibilities

Own the complete month-end close for multiple entities, including revenue, prepaid, accruals, COGS, and intercompany eliminations.
Manage audit relationships, VAT, transfer pricing, and regulatory filings in collaboration with external advisers.
Maintain accurate, well-documented ledgers and reconcile for external review.
Design and implement AI-driven automation to streamline AR/AP, drafting, and close processes.
Lead ERP stabilization, recurring billing configuration, and reduce spreadsheet reliance.
Develop meaningful, automated internal management reporting dashboards.
