Capstone LLC (US) seeks a hands-on Finance leader to own the entire accounting function across US and UK entities. You will build and run the team, redesign workflows with AI assistance, and push automation to replace spreadsheets.

The role offers exposure to month-end close, audits, revenue recognition, AR/AP, payroll, and treasury, reporting to the Head of Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years’ progressive accounting experience, multi-entity, multi-currency experience, and

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience including full close ownership.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and revenue recognition.
• Experience leveraging AI in accounting workflows.
• Ability to optimize finance stack integrations and automation.
• Builder mindset: minimize spreadsheets, document as you go.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end close across US and UK with faster cycle times.
• Audit and statutory compliance with external auditors.
• Maintain GL integrity per US GAAP and UK requirements.
• Own revenue, AR & AP across entities.
• Payroll management with external providers.
• Treasury: cash management, forecasting, multi-currency funding.
• AI-first workflow design and automation initiatives.
• ERP ownership of Campfire ERP and stabilization.
• Optimize finance tooling and integrations (Salesforce, Workday, Ramp).
• Develop meaningful, automated management reporting and dashboards.
• Translate tribal knowledge into SOPs and controls.
• Lead and coach the accounting team; partner with Head of Finance.
